These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Avalon Platforms, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Avalon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of Lexflows, our site builder and funnel creation platform (“Lexflows” or the “Service”).
By using Lexflows, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You may use Lexflows only if:
You are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK)
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and content laws in your jurisdiction
Lexflows is available to both individuals and businesses.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must register using a valid Google account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at hi@avalonplatforms.com if you suspect unauthorized use or a breach of security.
3. Subscription and Billing
Lexflows operates on a monthly subscription model.
A 14-day free trial is available with full feature access.
After the trial, your payment method on file (via Stripe) will be charged monthly.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins.
All billing and payment processing is securely handled by Stripe.
4. User Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or publish through Lexflows. You agree not to use the platform to:
Distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content
Host or promote adult, violent, or hateful material
Infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights
Deploy phishing, spam, or malware campaigns
Violate any applicable law, including U.S., UK, and EU regulations
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
Lexflows, its codebase, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Avalon Platforms, Inc.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
By using Lexflows, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
EU/UK residents are afforded additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, delete, or correct personal data.
We only use cookies and tracking tools with explicit consent, in compliance with GDPR and UK GDPR.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access:
If you violate these Terms or applicable law
If required by a regulatory authority
For conduct that poses security, legal, or reputational risk
We reserve the right to delete your content and data after termination unless required to retain it by law.
8. Disclaimers
Lexflows is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:
Accuracy or completeness of content
Fitness for a particular purpose
Availability, reliability, or performance
You use the Service at your own risk. We do not guarantee that Lexflows will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Avalon Platforms, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to use Lexflows in the 6 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA. If you are an EU/UK resident, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide notice via email or within the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
